I would like to extend my sincerest and heartfelt gratitude to the American Caribbean Maritime Foundation and Royal Caribbean International for having faith in me and believing that I would make the most of the opportunity and blessings that I was granted. Upon receiving the scholarship, I made a promise to you that I would strive to do my best in my studies and I am delighted to share with you that I have received the honor of being the Valedictorian for the Faculty of Marine and Nautical Studies, Class of 2020. It has been brought to my attention that I am the first International Student and Bahamian to receive this title and I am extremely delighted and proud.
